These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Grazu mobile application (the “App”) and related services. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. Contact: support@grazu.app
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use the App. You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to agree to these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree not to misuse the App. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:
Grazu has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Objectionable content includes, without limitation, content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise harmful.
If you encounter objectionable content or abusive behavior, you can report it in the App or email support@grazu.app. We review all reports and take action on valid reports within 24 hours, which may include removing content, restricting features, or terminating accounts.
You retain ownership of content you submit, such as posts, photos, comments, and nutrition logs. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and process your content solely to operate and improve the App, including showing content to users you authorize through social features.
You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your content and that it does not violate these Terms or applicable law.
Grazu provides tools to log meals and view macro and nutrition estimates. The App is for informational and social purposes only and is not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before making health or dietary decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy of nutrition data from user entries, third-party databases, or AI-assisted estimates.
The App may integrate with third-party services for authentication, storage, nutrition data, places, and other features. Your use of those services may be subject to their separate terms and policies.
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The App, including its design, branding, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App.
You may stop using the App at any time and may request account deletion as described in our Support page. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or where required by law.
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF USD $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, IF ANY.
You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your use of the App, or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. If changes are material, we may require you to accept the updated Terms before continuing to use the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
